Designing architecture for people means designing for function, beauty and health for the end-users, and within budget and on schedule for clients. It means designing spaces that inspire and lift people’s spirits while supporting their efforts. It involves every aspect of design, from maximizing natural light to specifying low-VOC materials, to keeping current our understanding of the industries we serve.
Project Management
Successful project management is a huge aspect of successful architectural design. No matter how beautifully designed, the project isn’t successful until it comes in on time, within budget, and meeting all expectations. Our long history of respecting clients’ business goals and vision, contractors and other key players’ time and professionalism has earned us an enviable reputation for project management.
Interior Architecture
At Deutsch Architecture Group, we view interior design as a process whereby qualified and talented designers apply their skills to create functional and aesthetic interior environments.
We first determine client needs and desires through detailed programming whereby we analyze space requirements and establish a design directive. We offer a variety of presentation, rendering, and schematic design options to verify we are on target. Our design development includes the most current finish materials, furnishings and equipment. We generate complete construction drawings which detail accurate specifications and adhere to jurisdictional code compliance. We also view construction administration as a key component to insure the proper execution of the design. Essentially, offering interior project management from commencement to completion.
