Industrial/Manufacturing

Our approach to designing for the industrial and manufacturing industry is simple: we have deep experience, and we rigorously apply this experience to every project to maximize production, no matter the size or scope. Experience of this depth is invaluable. It maximizes budgets because it allows us to anticipate issues far in advance of them becoming problems and it allows us to build in value from the very beginning and creates highly functional, safely operational facilities.

Deutsch Architecture Group’s approach to industrial facility design is to couch every decision in ownership terms. In doing so, we understand process environment requirements and operational requirements, we take time to understand material, waste and personnel flow, and we quantify production, process and equipment spaces. Deutsch Architecture Group has experience designing the largest speculative industrial distribution center in the State of Arizona history to date. A 1.2 million square foot distribution center in south Phoenix was just one of three phases on this site which Deutsch Architecture Group was responsible for master planning.
